BASS CLUB

A group of fishermen (both men
and women) who enjoy both the
pure enjoyment of fishing, the
competition of a small
tournament held on a monthly
basis and the enjoyment of
monthly meeting where you can
benefit from a Seminar held by a
Local Pro or Guide.

A chance to fish, have fun, learn
new techniques and meet others
who share your passion. Monthly
meetings 2nd Thursday of every
Month at the El Torito near
Magic Mountain.

WHERE DO WE FISH?

The Club is centered around the
monthly tournaments held at
such local lakes as Castaic,
Pyramid, Piru, Casitas and
Cachuma. Included is a two day
event at Cachuma  which
features club sponsored
camping.

 

GUEST SPEAKERS

During our monthly meetings held on the 2nd Thursday of each month, during all months but December, we invite a Pro Fisherman. Past pros have included Aaron Martens, Rich Tauber, Dan Warme, Matt Newman.

We also hold a “Challenge
Event” where we invite many
other clubs to a Tournament
held at Castaic Lake where the
Castaic Bass Clubs pays in full
for the all other clubs to come
join us!

FUND RAISERS

CBC is proud to be a part of the
F.O.C.L. night fishing
tournaments. We host the
barbecue prior to the release of
about 100 boats. Many
members volunteer to work the
fundraiser/barbeque which
provides funds to assist the
club in its own events.
