Club heads to Casitas

The second tournament of the 2007 CBC circuit took place at this Ventura County Lake on February 11th. This lake is known for it’s monter sized bass and hopes were high that the lake would produce a few of these toads.

First place on this date went to Mike Stern and Victor with a nice limit weighing 14.54 lbs. Included in this total was Victor’s 7.66 lb toad, the big fish of the event. Word has it that dropshotted worms were their ticket to success. Great job guys!

Finishing second were Mark Poulson and Doug with three fish totaling 12.83 lbs. Included in this sack was a nice 6.5 lb toad. Great job fellas!

Taking third were Mike Carpenter and Mike G with a limit of 12.19 lbs. This sack was led by a nice kicker of 4.04 lbs. Way to go guys
